TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter or be selected for an invitation or giveaway. However, a shipping and handling fee (up to $40) applies. Applicants must attend both the photography session and the reveal session.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older. Applicants who have participated in a previous portrait experience, or have taken advantage of another offer, special, or promotion from Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits within the past 365 days, are not eligible. The offer is valid only for immediate family members, including up to 3 pets, living in the same household. Employees, affiliates, and their family members are not eligible.

3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and to accept the decisions of Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits as final.

4. Campaign Period
Entries must be submitted by December 31, 2026.

5. How to Enter
Submit your entry via the online form on the Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits website or through authorized marketing channels. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be disqualified. Multiple submissions, including from different emails or devices, will not be accepted.

6. Gifts
Selected participants may be invited receive a commissioned portrait for their home. The invite/gift is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and must be used on the day of the session. Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Odds
Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits reserves the right to select as many or as few participants as desired.

8. Invitee Notification
Selected participants will be notified via phone, email, or text message within five (5) days of selection. If a participant cannot be contacted, fails to claim the gift within five (5) business days, or does not return required documents, the gift may be forfeited, and an alternate participant may be selected. By submitting the application you agree to all SMS terms and agree to accepting SMS texts and all phone call attempts

9. Appointment & Retainer Policies

• A refundable retainer of $199 is required for bookings and will be refunded (minus the shipping fee) within five business days after the reveal session.

• Your portrait session retainer will be reimbursed at the time of your ordering appointment (reveal session), as long as you attend your originally scheduled portrait session.

• Since we reserve our studio and team of artists exclusively for your 45-minute portrait experience (some of whom may travel from out of town to be here), retainers are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• In certain circumstances, the studio may extend a one-time courtesy reschedule. Courtesy reschedules must take place within two weeks of the original session date and be scheduled on a weekday. While the retainer will remain non-refundable, 100% of it will still be credited toward any artwork you purchase, so your investment in your portrait experience is never lost.

• Any questions about this policy or about your appointment must be done via phone at (844) 647-4844, and not via text or email.

10. Rights Granted by You
By participating, you agree that Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits may use your entry, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. You also warrant that your submission is original and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability
Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage related to participation in the promotion. This includes technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other factors outside of our control.

12. Disputes
This promotion is governed by the laws of Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively in courts located in those states. Participants waive the right to punitive damages and class actions.

13. Privacy Policy
All information submitted during entry is subject to the privacy policy outlined on the Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits website.

14. Sponsor
The sponsor of this promotion is Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits, LLC, and it is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, or any other social media platform.

15. Contact Information & Text Messaging

Any person or persons who submit any contact information including cell phone numbers to Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits, LLC, either through this website, any other website, and/or social media, shall agree to opt-in to receive communication via said contact information. This may mean calls, text & sms messages, emails, and/or mailings. If opt-out is desired, please contact us in writing (via email or text message) with the word STOP.
