How The Retainer Works (You paid this when booking your session)

Your portrait session retainer, which reserved your session time listed above, will be reimbursed at the time of your ordering appointment, as long as you attend your originally scheduled portrait session.

• Since we reserve our studio and team of artists exclusively for your 45-minute portrait experience (some of whom may travel from out of town to be here), retainers are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• In certain circumstances, the studio may extend a one-time courtesy reschedule. Courtesy reschedules must take place within two weeks of the original session date and be scheduled on a weekday. While the retainer will remain non-refundable, 100% of it will still be credited toward any artwork you purchase, so your investment in your portrait experience is never lost.
