Retainer Policy
Your session retainer reserves your time and will be reimbursed at your ordering appointment. However, retainers are non-refundable for cancellations.
Ordering Appointment (Reveal Session)
1) Scheduled 1–2 weeks after your session via Zoom.
2) Ensure all decision-makers are present for this meeting.
3) Only portraits selected during the appointment will be saved or archived.

Please Note
Sessions are non-transferable. The selected client(s) must be present and included in both the portrait session and ordering appointment.
